Senior Lecturer and the Deputy Director of the English Language Based Bachelor of Law Program (ELBBL) at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), Cambodia. She specializes in legal methods, human rights law, and humanitarian law, and has conducted extensive research in constitutional law, international criminal law, and transitional justice. She is also an experienced moot court coach, mentoring Cambodian teams in international legal competitions. Before joining academia, she practiced law at a leading Cambodian law firm and is a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Ms. Hing holds a Master of Laws in Human Rights from Hong Kong University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from RULE-ELBBL.
